2. Personal data: what we do with what is inside your car and your device

We do not touch your data and we do not do anything that could wipe the contents of the device. When we work on the electronics of a computer, a console, audio equipment or any other device, the contents are yours and we do not interfere with them. We do not read them, copy them, modify them or delete them.

If the work is physical, we make a backup first and we tell you before we start. Repairing a board, replacing a component or re-soldering involves physical risk to the device. Before touching it we write a full image of its contents to separate media, and we tell you that we have done so and where the copy is. If the job goes well, you have nothing to do with it. If something goes wrong, that copy is what saves your contents.

We do the same with your car's data. Before writing to or opening a control unit we dump the original file of the module, and that file is handed to you with the vehicle. The copy is kept for as long as needed to guarantee the warranty on the work.

These measures also apply to the device electronics work that Iulian carries out on his own account with his own equipment: the contents are still yours, and it is still your decision who opens them.

3. What data we process

• Identifying and contact data: name, phone, email address and vehicle details, when you give them to us to request a quote or an appointment.
• Vehicle data: registration number, VIN, model and data read from its control units for diagnosis and repair purposes.
• Billing data, when you hire our services.
• Basic browsing data: this website installs no analytics or advertising cookies of its own.

4. Purpose and legal basis

Retention: data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax and civil liability rules. Backup copies of original control unit files are kept for as long as needed to guarantee the warranty on the work.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or trade your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it with suppliers that legally require it (for example, the public administration where there is a legal obligation) and with parts suppliers when needed to locate a part, and only with the minimum data required.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to automocionangelmoralesgutierrez@outlook.com. If you believe we have not handled your complaint properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not include third-party cookies for profiling.

Because this website installs no cookies of its own, no consent banner is needed. If analytics cookies are ever added, we will ask for your prior consent under the Spanish LSSI.
